I thought greybandit.com would have a lot more to browse through, but the selection felt limited. I kept clicking around like maybe I was in the wrong section or missed some hidden category, but I guess that was really it. A lot of the items looked kind of similar, and there wasn’t much variety in sizes or styles either. Maybe I’m just confused about what they actually carry, but there weren’t enough options for me. I probably wouldn’t shop there unless they add more products.

It feels good to wear and the stitching seems okay overall. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

I ordered a few things from greybandit the whole thing put me in a bad mood. When the package showed up, one item was the wrong size and another was a totally different color than what I picked. I even went back and checked my confirmation email because I thought maybe I messed up, but nope, it was correct on my end. Support took way too long to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply felt like they barely read what I sent. It’s just really annoying when you’re waiting on an order and then it arrives all wrong.

I got the tracking emails quickly, which was nice, but I did feel a bit pressured checking them because the updates weren’t always super clear. Overall it helped, I just wish the info was easier to understand

The clothes looked really nice when I first got them, but after a few washes one of the tops shrunk a little and the color faded some. They’re still wearable, so I’m not totally mad, but it’s annoying that I basically have to be extra patient and careful every time I wash them. I just wanted easy clothes, not a laundry project.
